Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carriers
We use a combination of Aramex and third-party couriers to ensure reliable delivery across Australia. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Salty Hero is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Salty Hero is not liable for parcels lost due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will do everything we can to resolve the situation.
International Shipping
At this time, Salty Hero only ships within Australia. International shipping is not currently available.
